Once you are confronted with forcing an OAB update you have to concern several steps:
Exchange
First step – doing the update
- get-addresslist | update-addresslist
- get-globaladdresslist | update-globaladdresslist
- get-offlineaddressbook | update-offlineaddressbook
Second step – wait a few minutes – push the update through FDS
- get-clientaccesserver | update-filedistributionservice
Outlook
Perform a full download of the OAB.
